Located in the gated community of Quinta del Mar, Casa Las Palmeras is less than 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta airport.
The complex is close to shopping, cinemas, entertainment, medical care and is close to several excellent restaurants. Local activities include massage therapy, horseback riding, and motor sports. There is a beautiful garden area, a large pool area and the longest and widest beach in all of Vallarta just steps away!
The Penthouse comfortably sleeps 10, and features private access to guests only, five full bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and breathtaking views from multiple balconies. There is central air conditioning with individual room controls for your comfort.
Upon entering the first floor, you will be greeted by an open floor plan, a spacious living room and dining room with comfortable seating, HD TV with Sky satellite cable, and Wi-Fi access to enjoy your favorite streaming services.
A large billiards table complements the space along with several original art pieces, and large floor to ceiling windows open out to a gorgeous balcony with views of Nuevo Nayarit and beyond.
Outdoors is a large table with an umbrella for al fresco dining, along with two lounge chairs and umbrella with LED lighting, and a gas/charcoal grill for your dining pleasure.
The kitchen is large and open, with seating along the spacious island, and boasts all modern appliances and a pantry. The home is all electric. All dishes, glassware, cookware, dinnerware, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker along with other appliances that you will need for meal preparation for your stay with us.

First Floor
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. A large master bedroom with a king size bed, ample closet space, HD TV with Sky cable, balcony with ocean views. It boasts a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and ocean view.
A second bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with ample closet space and a sitting area. This room also has HD TV with Sky cable. This room features a balcony with expansive mountain views.
The third bedroom is a queen-sized studio with en suite bathroom, with HD TV and sky cable.
A guest bathroom is available on the first floor.
Second Floor
The large spiral staircase transports you to the grand master bedroom on the second floor. It includes a California King Canopy bed, sitting area, HD TV with Sky Cable, balcony with ocean views, and a large private master bathroom complete with shower, jacuzzi with ocean views, a large steam sauna and spacious closet.
The second king size bedroom on the second floor has a balcony with mountain views, HD TV with Sky cable, en suite bathroom with shower and closet.
The upstairs landing has a treadmill, rower, and hand weights for those who enjoy exercise during their stay.
The Penthouse also has a washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience. There is Wi-Fi throughout the Penthouse.

Puerto Vallarta typically refers to the entire area known as the Bahia de Banderas (Bay of Flags). The area covers two states, Nayarit to the North, and Jalisco to the South. Nuevo Vallarta, now known as Nuevo Nayarit, is a short 20 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta Airport, and 30 minutes from Downtown Vallarta
How far is the beach?
Are there good restaurants in the area?
Yes! There are several great restaurants close by in Nuevo Nayarit and many will deliver to the complex.
Where can I buy groceries?
Three supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive. There is Chedraui, Mega, and our favorite, La Comer. La Comer has a great selection of wines, a bountiful produce department, as well as many staple items. There are also several pharmacies close by.
Is there a Costco?
Yes, in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, there is a large location with a great selection, about 30 minutes from Casa Las Palmeras.
Do you have outdoor cooking?
Yes! We have a charcoal/propane grill on the main floor balcony for our guests.
Do you offer personal chef services?
Yes! For an additional cost, we can arrange for a chef to prepare meals at Casa Las Palmeras. Contact us for more information.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately our complex does not allow pets
What are your safety procedures?
We thoroughly clean and sanitize Casa Las Palmeras between rentals.
